The Regional Government has authorized the execution of additional works for the renovation and expansion project of the Lar Nossa Senhora do Bom Caminho, in Machico, in accordance with Resolution no. 199/2026.
The project, awarded to the company ETERMAR – Engenharia e Construções, Lda., will see an increase of €131,057.15 (plus VAT), raising the total contract value to €2,107,545.54. In addition to the financial reinforcement, an extension of the execution period by 82 days was approved, totaling 412 days of construction.
