Through Joint Order No. 34/2026, the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology and the Regional Secretariat for Finance have determined the allocation of a shortage allowance to technical assistant Elda Maria Telo Duarte Gomes Gouveia.
The decision, based on Decree-Law No. 4/89 and Regional Regulatory Decree No. 11/2025/M, is justified by the fact that the employee, assigned to the Professor Eleutério de Aguiar 1st cycle primary school with preschool and daycare, handles and is responsible for annual amounts exceeding 50,000.00 euros in the exercise of her treasury and collection duties.
