The Regional Government has authorized the signing of non-residential lease agreements for the installation of services of the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries, in units previously occupied by the Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation, IP-RAM, on Rua João de Deus, in Funchal.
The waiver of market consultation was justified by the specificity of the public need and the fact that the units were already determined and available.
