The Regional Government Council, in a plenary meeting held on April 1, 2026, appointed the Head of the Cabinet of the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure, Raquel João Martins da Silva, to represent the Autonomous Region of Madeira, as a shareholder, at the general meetings of two important road concessionaires in the region.
The representative will have the power to intervene and vote on all items on the agenda, which include the assessment of the 2025 financial statements and the management of the respective companies.
